The flexible sizing allows the Corrugated Plate Liner Tank to be installed on virtually any load-bearing substrate. Due to many plate connections with a single row of bolts, simplifies and speeds up installation considerably and provides a huge savings in labor costs.
The Corrugated Plate Liner Tank can be equipped with a floating deck or a tension cap made of reinforced PVC.

CONSTRUCTION
The tank structure is composed of plates provided with a profile which is bent into the correct radius.
The tank panels are connected by bolts, nuts and washers. The bolt head and washer are pressed into the same shape as the wave in the wall, guaranteeing a much firmer connection.
The galvanized plates with an additional coating make the silo a durable solution with excellent resistance for storing various media such as sludge and residual and rainwater.
The internal Liner can be made in FPP, PVC and EPDM. An additional felt layer between the tank wall, bottom and liner prevents damage.
