STEEL PRECAST COVER (COATED / STAINLESS STEEL)

Steel PREFAB (Coated/Stainless Steel) covers are ideally suited for covering concrete, steel epoxy coated and stainless steel storage tanks. These tanks can be new and/or existing. Each cover is special and is tailored to the customer’s needs.

QUALITY

The design of the roofs is coordinated with the customer, but also depends partly on the snow and wind load and earthquake zone. The roofs are calculated according to current standards.All materials used and in contact with the medium and/or condensation are resistant to this.

Construction

The steel and stainless steel covers are walkable and can be equipped with a manhole, connection flanges and possibly a top mixer connection. Up to larger spans, these roofs are cantilevered (depending on snow and wind loads). Furthermore, they can be made gas-tight. Roofs with a diameter of up to 22 meters can also be lifted onto the tank in one piece.
