Gas storage buffer

GASBUFFER

Gas buffers are suitable for storing (Bio)gas. The gas buffers are constructed as a prefabricated tank (steel epoxy coated and/or stainless steel) with a gas membrane inside. Operating pressures of 0 to 10 mbar and an underpressure situation of up to -1.5 mbar is not a problem. Higher pressure is available upon request.

QUALITY

The design of the Gas Buffer is customized.

The gas buffer film is manufactured from a high quality film which include flame retardant and anti-static. Depending on the type of gas, the material choice for the membrane film is made.

EXECUTION

A membrane is suspended in the center of the tank, which hangs down when there is no gas and spherical in the tank when gas pressure is applied. At the top is a pull loop which, via a wire to the outside, allows for external measurement. Below the membrane, the tank is gas tight.
