GRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) tanks are ideally suited for storing liquids such as clean or dirty water, rainwater, sludge and contaminated liquids.
Each tank is special and is tailored to the customer’s needs.
The GRP tanks can be equipped with a fixed plastic roof, a tension cap or a floating cover. Aerators and mixers, for example, can also be installed.
GRP panels consist of reinforced plastic parts with a high fiberglass content, arranged in the direction of tension, leading to high mechanical strength.
GRP precast tanks can be used for food applications, such as drinking water. In case of specific liquids or high temperatures, an additional Vinylester can be applied to the inside.
The GRP precast tank is placed on a concrete floor. The panels are located in a trestle and each is placed individually on the concrete floor and bolted together. The EPDM gasket already in place seals the whole thing.
After assembly, a GRP Hypar cover, tension cap or double-membrane cover can be installed. All work is performed with an in-house Supervisor and expert construction teams.
